So here is a bit of a trick to it, Save the game, Go into a fight and pay Yoji 1 gil, If he uses Zanmoto then go ahead and reload the game and now take him to a boss fight, You can in fact save his heightened chance of using the attack which is why you saved the game, If he didn't use zanmoto save the game and try again until he uses it so you can reload having save the chance. I know this because I've done it many times. Yojimbo can kill any boss in the entire game, He has a 1% chance to instantly end any fight as soon as it starts, There is nothing immune to his Zanmoto attack at all it can even beat Sin as well or even Yevon. IF you want to be able to do it without the insane grinding and completing the sphere grid and getting insane stats to beat the dark aeons well not many if any people at all eve mention Yojimbo, Since I collectively have more experience with FFX over most other living people allow me to explain the strategy.
